Practical Performing Arts strategies and ideas for the classroom presented by Orff Schulwerk Association of SA, Drama SA and Instrumental Music.

Friday 22 March (Classroom Observation from 8:15am - 3:15pm)
Saturday 23 March (Practical Workshop from 9:00am - 3:15pm)

The Regional Workshop - Performing Arts In The North, will feature experienced Adelaide teachers and presenters from the Orff Schulwerk Association of South Australia (OSASA), Drama SA and Instrumental Music.

This event will run for 2 days on Friday 22nd March and Saturday 23rd March.

Friday 22nd March is in school observations where teachers are invited to observe experienced Performing Arts educators working with students to teach them a variety of skills in The Arts.

Saturday 23rd March is a full day Professional Development Workshop where participants will be immersed in learning about how to deliver the Performing Arts to their students. These workshops will be practical - giving participants lesson plans and ideas to use right away in their school setting.

Previous Arts experience is not necessary to attend these workshops.

Participants have the choice to attend one or both of the days.
