Participants Staying Onsite
Allocation of Rooms
Accommodation is in dormitories, units & houses.
Rooms will be allocated on a first booked basis and will be shared.
If there is someone with whom you would like to share a room and you have not
already indicated
this on your registration form, please let us know and we will do our best to
accommodate your request.
Rooms
Please
note that rooms are NOT lockable.
However all rooms have lockable cupboards but they require delegates to provide
their own padlock & key.
Bedding
You
will be provided with a linen package which includes 2 sheets, 1 pillow, 1
pillow case, 1 quilt, 1 quilt cover, and 1 towel.
If you are bringing your own bedding you will need to provide all the above
items yourself.
Common Room
The
boarding house where you will be staying contains a common room where you
will be able
to relax and make a cuppa. It also contains laundry facilities
available to you
for no extra charge (BYO laundry powder).
Meals
All
your meals and evening entertainment are included in your registration
except for
Wednesday dinner (excursion day) and the Tuesday Conference dinner.
Meals will be served in the dining room.
