General Information
Registration/Starting Time
Registrations will open from 11:00am on Sunday 3 January with the first session
commencing at 3:00pm.
There will be no catering until the evening meal.
If you register earlier in the day you may then like to go and explore the local
area.
Each day
begins with some optional relaxation activities between 7:45 & 8:30am
and the daily program of sessions commences at 8.45am.
Meals
If you
are a full registrant and are staying onsite, all your meals (except Conference
dinner and Wed dinner)
and evening entertainment (except excursions) are included in your registration.
If you
are a full registrant and are staying offsite, your lunch, morning and afternoon
tea is included.
Other meals and entertainment are noted on your confirmation letter.
If you
are a day registrant, your lunch, morning and afternoon tea is included.
Other meals and entertainment are noted on your confirmation letter.
Remember to notify us early of any special dietary requirements if you have not already done so.
For all
evening meals (excluding conference dinner on Tuesday) diners may BYO alcohol &
glasses.
Alcohol will not be available for purchase. Cordial & spring water will be
served.
Allocation of sessions
All registrants will be allocated to groups for all Guest Presenters and Orff Focus sessions.
At
registration, you will be able to sign up for elective sessions so arrive in
good time so that you can do this.
Keep an eye on the website for the full timetable as further details become
available.
The final timetable will be available at registration.
What to bring
Bathers/Swimmers/Cossie and Towel, sunscreen and insect repellent.
BYO recorder (optional)
What to wear
Comfortable clothes in layers. It can be very warm to very hot in South
Australia in January,
but it can also get quite cool and you will be participating in music and
movement activities.
All venues are fully air-conditioned.
Excursions (Wednesday afternoon)
Some
of the excursions will require pre booking and in most cases a fee will
apply.

First Aid Qualifications
If you have First Aid qualifications and are willing to be ‘on call’ can you please let us know.
Electrical equipment onsite
If you
are planning to bring ANY electrical equipment which requires a power point
(computers, keyboards,
CD players, hairdryers etc) it is a requirement of the college that all MUST
have a current
“tested and tag” certificate. We can do this for you at registration for a small
fee.
